Patented Unique Pulverizer is our own invention and Govt. of India has awarded a patent for it. It is a new type of pulveriser design. It grinds efficiently and economically a wide range of materials and can be easily adjusted to give required fineness. It does odd pulverising jobs with considerable ease and thereby eliminates the necessity of expensive equipment of such purpose. It requires minimum space compared to conventional pulverisers and gives more output in relation ot the electricity consumed. Fineness can be achieved from 10 to 120 mesh depending on the raw material.
Following type of materials pulverised by Patented Unique Pulveriser:
Our Patented Pulverizer Machine is our own invention and has successfully attained patent from the government of India which is no less than an achievement for us. This equipment is a unit complete in itself and is provided with a feed hopper that feeds the machine, which is well adjusted and controlled by the feed controller provided in the machine. We have also provided it with the screen plate placed on the base plate which can be easily changed for regulating the mesh required. Further, the grinding takes place by auto collision and collision against the walls of grinding chamber. As such, there is no rubbing and cutting and therefore, no generation of heat occurs. Finally, the pulverized material passes through the screen only when it achieves required fineness and as such there is no hammering, rubbing the screen and so its life is lengthened. This product undergoes strict and rigid final inspection and actual grinding test at our factory. The grinding tests with the client's material can also be carried out without obligation for testing the suitability of the pulverizer.
Following are the salient features that make our pulverizer different from others:
New kind of design given
Efficient grinding at cost effective prices
Requirement of minimum space
Minimum electricity consumed
Sturdy in design
Simple in operation
Further, Following are the are the specialized materials pulverized by pulverizers:
Ores & Minerals
Chemicals & Pigments
Plastic and Paper
Ayurvedic Herbs and Vegetables Products
Food and spices
Odd jobs such as hessian rags, hosiery rags, rosin, phenolic rosin and many other.
